RWAS’s target customers are high-net-worth individuals based in the Asia Pacific region. The company knew it had to aim high to meet their exacting standards and create an easy-to-use cruise booking system. The company approached Cloud Interactive and presented the challenge: Design an app and upgrade the current websites for cruise booking and promotions with an intuitive UI and ultra-luxury brand appeal.
To make sure our design team fully understood RWAS’s complex operations, we sent our team to Singapore. There, they conducted in-depth interviews including 25 stakeholder interviews and saw RWAS’s current software tools in action. These observations were crucial for identifying bumps in the current user experience and coming up with a plan to smooth them out. After the site visit, we successfully helped RWAS improve its customer satisfaction by creating up-to-date websites and a booking app.
